Our client, one of Europe`s leading financial services institutions, have a requirement for an HR Management Information Analyst to join their Human Resources division.
The purpose of this role is to provide reliable and timely HR information and processes to the business and HR Leadership Team. The objective being to continually develop Human Capital Measures for the business in order to aid and support decision-making around business strategy and direction.
This is a very good opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their HR career within a firm who believes, very strongly, in investing in their people to ensure they remain at the cutting edge of the HR profession.
Requirements for the role includes experience in database and * or specialist MI applications; analytical experience of working with large amounts of data * files; and experience of developing reports and creative solutions to meet customer requirements. Although not essential, some knowledge of HR data and HR systems (i.e. Peoplesoft) would be desirable.
